The FSR which will now be called FSR Lite will be offered in the AppStore for free for customers to test out.  The FSR Lite is a limited version of the FSR Pro but it will give you an ideal of what the FSR is all about.  The FSR Pro will be available using the free App FilemakerGo 12.  You can use the FSR Pro independently on the Ipad or use it on the desktop and remote into the FSR Pro with the Ipad using FilemakerGo 12.

We are extremely excited about the new features we added from the feed back from our customers.

• Technician - Now add technicians with labor and travel rate that will show up on the field service report, add image of technician, now each technician can track their own equipment repair history.
• Customer tracking, track all equipment belonging to each customer easily view each equipment by a click of a button, attach document to each equipment if needed (attach a calibration document,PDF, excel file) for easy reference.
• Backup the FSR to the C:/backup to safe guard your database.
• Dropbox use the free service to backup you database of site.  ( Easy link will be provided to signup to service.)
• Field Service Report - The FSR will bring all sections together in one form that can be emailed or printed using a Airplay enabled printer. Using the PDF icon you can view the FSR before emailing or just print to printer.
